Ordering
Since we're a custom stone mill, and no two jobs are the same, we provide estimates or quotes based on a client's specific needs. If you can give us a brief description of the stone element or detail you need, we can offer a ballpark estimate. If you decide to go further and require a firm quote, we make a Preliminary Consultation Contract with you, and bill for services on an hourly basis or a lump sum, depending on the situation. This fee covers our time in the office discussing the project with you, site visits, shop drawings, and production of samples, models or mockups. If you decide to go ahead with your order, the Preliminary Fee will be applied as a credit on the total contract price.
You may email design ideas and plans to us in CAD or PDF format, or whatever works for you.
Most of the orders we fabricate are for unique items which cannot be restocked and sold to someone else. For this reason, we require a down payment, usually one third to one half of the total cost, payable when our contract with you is signed. Shipping costs are estimated at this time, and may change slightly depending on when the products are delivered. The final payment is due (minus the Consultation Fee) when items are packed and ready to be shipped. Sales tax is due for retail sales within the state of Indiana and is waived if you provide us with a tax-exempt certificate.

Sales
We do not have a retail stone yard, and do not sell or re-sell flagstone, countertops, landscape materials, etc. For safety reasons our facility is not open to the public. However, you can make an appointment to visit, and we will gladly take the time to show you around and explain the process of working with us.
Installation
Most of our work is cutting and fabrication, which is installed by contractors or builders who have a trained crew. We also sell to private individuals and small businesses, and offer consultation services. This applies only to smaller
item orders such as carved fireplace facades, monuments, headstones, fountains, benches, and the like. Please call first.
Packing and Shipping
Many of our stone products are finished pieces, ready for installation. Because of their value, they are packed into specially built crates with full padding and cushioning. We arrange for pickup at our stone yard and delivery to your destination. The customer is responsible for providing a forklift for unloading.
